For this week’s show, I decided to give you an overview of the 2008 ATMI/CMS Pre-Conference that was held on September 24th on the campus of the Georgia Institute of Technology. I just retured from the 2008 ATMI conference which was held in Atlanta, GA. It was a great conference and as always, it was wonderful catching up with my old, and some new, friends from around the country. Over the next several episodes, I will be presenting information about the topics that were discussed at the conference along with interviews and testimonials from various educators who were in attendance. For this week’s show, I did a live interview with the managing director of Soundtree, Jim Frankel. This was the first time I recorded a live interview with my hand held digital recorded. I used a Korg MR-1 with an AKG D5 hand held dynamic microphone. There were a few pops on the recording (which was total my fault). But other than that, I was very pleased with the live audio recording.
