Podcasting is not as easy as some make it sound. There is prep work and production work involved that you sometimes don’t realize just how much time it takes to put these episode together. Due to these and other demands, we recently lost one of my favorite podcast shows.. “EdTech Musician”. Todd and Andrew Seymour have been producing podcasts for about 4 years. I salute them for how they helped pioneer the music technology/education podcast shows. They will be missed. Also for this week, I’ll talk about the presentation I gave at the 2009 TIME conference just a couple of weeks ago on the subject of “Screencasting”. Greetings everyone. Well I recently returned from the 2009 TIME/TMEA conference that was held in San Antonio, Texas. It was a terrific conference as always. But needless to say, I’m a little behind in school preps and other duties. I will attempt to post the next “Music Tech for ME” podcast on March 1st. Thanks for understanding and I look forward to getting the next show out in a couple of weeks. Blessings!

On this week’s episode of Music tech for ME, I had the opportunity to respond to my first email question. Needless to say, I was excited and honored to have finally received a question to share with the listeners. Please don’t let this be the last one. Send in those comments and questions to the show. Comments and questions will assist me in giving these episodes a feel of community. So keep them coming. Also for this episode, I did a quick review of a new and powerful virtual instrument called “Omnisphere”.
