A few months ago, Korg released a new series of compact USB-controllers. The series is called the “Nano-Series” of midi controllers. The series consist of a “nanoKEY” which is a small 25-key velocity sensitive keyboard, a “nanoPAD” which has 12 responsive trigger pads and an X-Y touchpad surface (all which are great for drum programming), and lastly the “nanoKONTROL” which offers 9 faders, 9 knobs, 18 switches, and a transport section which can be used for controlling numerous functions within a computer based DAW. I purchased the ‘nanoKEY” and the “nanoPAD” last month and thought that I would do a review podcast of these great little devices. I also included a musical sequence I produced using only these two devices as my data entry tools. Check it out and let me know what you think. Blessings!
