Welcome to episode #8 of Music Tech for ME. “What is the best approach for learning and implementing a new form of technology?”. In this episode, we are going to offer some suggestions for answering this question. We will discuss 8 methods (or, suggestions) you could use for learning a new technology. If you are going to take the time to learn a music notation program, a DAW program, or maybe even a new hardware device, I hope that one or more of these methods will assist you in your learning process. If you have a suggestion or method that you would like to share, please post it or send me an email. Blessings!

During the episode, I talked about the importance of getting involved in an “On-Line” users group. I will start adding these links to the Resource page. If you know of any, please let me know and I will add them as well.

Tackling new programs can be a very daunting task, thank you for making is manageable. I often find myself sticking to the programs I know because the idea of learning a whole new program is too intimidating. However, your 8 ideas give me renewed hope! There are so many great programs that I am excited to check out and I feel like I have the tools to tackle them successfully now. Thank you very much!
